4. How often are your products updated?

5. From how long my product will remain valid for claiming guarantee & support?

6. What forms of payment you accept?

Online payment via stripe. Credit & Debit cards accepted. We do not offer financing. For business customers we accept bank transfer but for individuals the process is to pay via the online website

7. Where can I get the product after payment?

Online directly from our platform. As soon as you’ve paid you will then be re-directed to our platform where you will begin to train. First you will see a dashboard containing the course that you’ve registered to and then once you click on your course you’ll be taken to the guided simulation practice screen.

8. What if I find any problem regarding your products?

9. How can I get discount?

You can reach out via email and tell us in details who you are (individual, higher education or corporate) what do you need our courses for ( personal training or improving employees’ technical skills) and we will make sure to best assess your needs. We offer discounts on a case by case basis. However, occasionally we also offer discount promotions via our email newsletter and social media campaigns.

10. I used the product but would like refund?

We offer a 7 day refund policy. In order to be eligible for the refund you’d need to email contact@keyskillset.comPlease state the reason for your refund. After the evaluation we will be able to refund you with 48 hours.
